Future Network Enterprises – Event Management Refund Policy
At Future Network Enterprises (“we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to deliver well-organised, high‑value business events in Dubai and international locations. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for event registrations, sponsorships, exhibitor packages, and related event services. By registering for any of our events, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only in specific cases and are calculated based on the time remaining before the event start date. Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment. More than 60 days before the event date 100% refund of the registration fee, after deducting any non‑refundable payment gateway or processing charges. 30–60 days before the event date 50% refund of the registration fee, after deducting applicable processing charges. No cash refund.
You may receive a credit of 50% of the registration fee, which can be used for any Future Network Enterprises event within the next 12 months, subject to availability. No‑shows / cancellations on or after the event start date No refunds or credits will be issued.
2. Special Cases Event cancellation by Future Network Enterprises
If we fully cancel an event (and not merely postpone it), you will be eligible for either:
a full refund of the registration fee (minus transaction charges), or a 100% credit towards a future event organised by us, to be used within 12 months. Event postponement / rescheduling
If an event is postponed or moved to a new date or venue: You may transfer your booking to the new date at no extra cost, or You may request a full refund of the registration fee (minus transaction charges) within 15 days from the date we notify you of the change.
Force Majeure
In case of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, strikes, or other similar events), we reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event. In such cases, we may offer a credit for a future event or a partial refund, depending on the situation, but are not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees.
Delegate substitution
If you cannot attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate from the same organisation at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the event date with full details of the replacement.
3. How to Request a Refund or Change To request a refund, credit, or delegate substitution:
Send an email to contact@futurenetworkenterprises.com from your registered email address. Include your full name, company name, contact number, event name, registration/order ID, and the reason for your request. Make sure your request falls within the timeline specified in this policy. Once approved, we typically process refunds within 10–15 business days. The actual time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are non‑refundable under all circumstances:
Payment gateway fees, bank charges, and other transaction or processing costs. Add‑on purchases such as recordings, exclusive sessions, printed materials, VIP upgrades, or networking add‑ons (unless the entire event is cancelled by us). Complimentary or sponsored registrations and tickets won through contests, giveaways, or barter arrangements. Any travel, accommodation, visa, or incidental costs incurred by attendees.
5. Group Bookings, Sponsors, and Exhibitors
Group bookings (5 or more delegates) Group booking refund terms may be customised on a case‑by‑case basis at the time of contracting. Where not otherwise agreed in writing, the same timelines as individual registrations apply.
Sponsors and Exhibitors
Sponsorship and exhibitor agreements are governed primarily by their signed contracts. In general, payments made towards sponsorships or exhibition space are non‑refundable within 90 days of the event date, unless the event is cancelled by us. Please refer to your agreement for exact terms.
6. Our Liability
Future Network Enterprises is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other personal expenses that may be lost due to changes, postponement, or cancellation of any event. Our total liability, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise in connection with any booking, shall be limited to the total amount of registration fee paid to us for that event.
